What do I miss out on if I ignore the AI wave?

Yes, absolutely! Southern Montana is just where we happen to be located, but we are available to service clients nation-wide.

I want your services, but how do you build a website if you’re not on-site to get photos and other resources?

Great question! Getting a website up and running doesn’t have to be hard. Actually, we’re about speed and efficiency - let’s get your site created or overhauled quickly so we can prevent you from losing potential customers, then we can later refine your site as needed. Take pictures with your phones and we’ll provide a place for you to upload them to us. Also, we’ll have you write a few basic summaries about your services, products, and history. Additionally, gather any other past promotional material so we can better assemble something modern and useful on our first pass. Additionally, we’ll have a phone conversation or two to better understand your business and what you’re looking for.

Do I need to purchase your whole website or can I just get the other services?

No - the website building and hosting is just one of our services. We can take over ownership of your current site as long as it’s under the Wix or Squarespace models. Or, if you want just a voiceover for a radio, online, or TV commercial, we can sell just that piece too! Don’t hesitate to contact us to ask any of these questions.

My website is entirely custom or I don’t know how my website was built. Can I still use your services?

Sure, we can help you discover how your website is built and where it’s hosted. However, we do not have the ability to provide support to custom websites since they are all potentially different and require large time blocks to decode and change. We encourage you to purchase a website package so we can redevelop your site with Squarespace and ensure you can take advantage of their A.I. tools and our expertise to ensure they’re configured and functioning correctly.

Why are you using Squarespace?

There are a few reasons we use Squarespace: consistency, simplicity, tools, and user-friendliness.

If there is a need for you to make quick changes to your own site, Squarespace is a great tool for both beginners to advanced users - you will be able to make those changes yourself if needed or if you choose not to use our managed services.

Secondly, we prefer to unify all our sites into a single platform so we can be more efficient building and maintaining your site as needed.

Additionally, there are A.I. tools built into Squarespace that speeds up the process of making your site modern and AI compatible. Having these tools baked in lowers your cost and minimizes our time to get your site up and running properly for great results.

Can I see my website before it goes live?

Yes, absolutely. But we only have a two-week timeframe to get the prototype finished before it will go live. We can still change it after it goes live, but we prefer to have it mostly complete by that time.

What are my time limits?

There are three limits on time before we have to charge additional fees:

1. Website development: 20 hours

2. Monthly maintenance: 2 hours (includes quick changes)

3. Voiceover: 2-5 hours, depending on the project. We price these out accordingly, but prefer to have them finished within a day.

What does the website build include?

The website build includes:

• A fully developed site within the 20 hour limit (or additional fees will occur)

• Hosting for one year (we pay Squarespace for a year subscription)

• Turning over the “keys” (or credentials) to your site so you can maintain it. If you decide not to go with the monthly maintenance option, we will transfer full ownership over to you once both parties are satisfied with he results.

What does the monthly maintenance cover?

This covers any quick or emergency updates needed to your site. Additionally, at no cost to you, if we find other ways to help our client’s optimize their site for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) or AIO (Artificial Intelligence Optimization), we will do this for you automatically in the background.

What’s this AI future toolset you’re talking about?

We are working with AI and other APIs to help give your company the edge it needs to keep up in the AI marketplace. While the tools are in early development, we are already demonstrating large potential in our prototypes. We will make these available for additional add-ons to your site when they become available.

Wait, so there’s an extra cost for these illusive future AI tools?

Only if you decide to use them! The tools we’re creating have to connect to other companies to gather information and them have them brought back to an AI engine for further processing. These APIs we must connect to to get additional information bill us for their usage - and most of the time it’s not cheap!
